Our programs will create and deliver transformative technology and training to address a national shortage of qualified professionals for technology careers while addressing gaps in gender, race, and sexual orientation in technology organizations. Through preparing high school students for industry certifications, workforce development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training and financial literacy, our students will be ready for technology careers after graduation from high school.
Our DEI program will create an inclusive culture where employees can be their authentic self and have a voice. We help them create systems that provides opportunity for all at the same time attracting people from all walks of life.
We will provide 500,000 high school students with opportunities for meaningful jobs or pathways to college in the next seven years while provide organizations a pipeline to a diverse technological workforce.
